Cancellation Policy

Thrive Tribe Life Group or Individual Meetings/Coaching Sessions Cancellation and Refund Policy This policy is designed to address changing plans while ensuring fairness to clients and the business. Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting start time qualify for a full refund minus processing fees. To cancel, written notification via email, text, or Messenger is required as soon as possible. Cancellations with 24 to 48 hours notice: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled meeting start time receive a 50% refund minus processing fees. To cancel, written notification via email, text, or Messenger is required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the meeting, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Important Notes: How to Cancel: Notify via email, text, or Messenger at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered at the business's discretion for documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
