Opening yourself up to a coach isn’t easy.
It can feel vulnerable to let someone see your habits, your struggles, your patterns, and the parts of life that don’t always feel “put together.” It means allowing someone into your daily rhythms—your food choices, your energy levels, your stress, your sleep, your real life.
I understand why that feels uncomfortable. I’ve been there.

But I also understand the power of accountability.
When someone feels supported—not judged—and knows they aren’t navigating change alone, something shifts. Awareness deepens. Follow-through becomes possible. Small, intentional changes begin to stack, and momentum builds.
That’s why I’m offering this giveaway.
Not because I believe people need rescuing. Not because wellness should be handed out without effort.
But because sometimes what someone really needs is a nudge—a moment of encouragement, clarity, and support to help them step into real change in their health.
I genuinely care about people’s wellness.
And if I’m honest, I’m burdened by how many people I know who are facing serious health challenges—chronic fatigue, inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, gut issues, hormone imbalances, and more. These conditions didn’t appear overnight. But so many could be improved—sometimes significantly—through a few foundational changes.
That reality stays with me.
It’s what keeps me learning. It’s what keeps me teaching. And it’s what keeps me showing up, even when the message isn’t always comfortable.
I’ve walked through my own wellness hardships. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by conflicting information and unsure where to begin. I also know how empowering it is to finally understand your body and realize that change doesn’t have to be extreme—it just has to be intentional.
This giveaway isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s for someone who already feels the pull toward change. Someone who wants to understand their body better. Someone who’s ready to participate in their health—but may need a little encouragement to take that first step.
That’s why I’m asking entrants to share, in writing, why or how they’re committed to real change. And why finalists will be invited to a brief conversation. Alignment matters.
Readiness matters. And accountability works best when both sides are invested.
If this giveaway reaches someone who’s been standing on the edge—wanting to jump but needing reassurance—I consider that a win.
Because wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about awareness, consistency, and support.
And if I can help someone make even a few changes that improve their quality of life, their energy, or their long-term health—that’s worth showing up for.
Always.
